温阳健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱型的疗效。方法:64例随机分为两组,对照组用西药治疗,研究组用温阳健脾汤治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱型效果较好,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Warming Yang and Invigorating Spleen Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach asthenia.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with western medicine while the study group were treated with Warming Yang and Invigorating Spleen Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming Yang and Invigorating Spleen Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach astheia,with few adverse reactions.
