小针刀松解术结合中药塌渍治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀松解术结合中药塌渍治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:82例随机分为对照组40例,试验组42例,两组均予中药塌渍治疗,试验组加用小针刀松解术治疗。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组TNF-α、IL-2水平下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀松解术结合中药塌渍治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupotomy dissolution combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(42 cases).Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains,and the experimental group were treated with acupotomy dissolution in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-2 in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy dissolution combined with Chinese medicine soakage is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
