固冲调周汤治疗围绝经期月经失调肝肾阴虚型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察固冲调周汤治疗围绝经期月经失调肝肾阴虚型的疗效。方法:84例随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组用固冲调周汤治疗,对照组用戊酸雌二醇治疗。结果:治疗后观察组月经不调症状评分较对照组低(P<0.01),观察组E_(2)水平较对照组高(P<0.01),观察组FSH、LH水平较对照组低(P<0.01),观察组FSH与LH比值控制在1.6以内,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固冲调周汤治疗围绝经期月经失调肝肾阴虚型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Guchong Tiaozhou Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal menstrual disorders of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Guchong Tiaozhou Decoction while the control group were treated with estradiol valerate.Results:After treatment,the score of irregular menstruation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The level of E2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The ratio of FSH to LH in the observation group was controlled within 1.6,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guchong Tiaozhou Decoction is effective in treating perimenopausal menstrual disorders of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.
