火针联合火丹方加减治疗带状疱疹后神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针联合火丹方加减治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的效果。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,对照组用常规西药治疗,研究组给予火针联合火丹方加减治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=2.446,P=0.014<0.05)。两组治疗4周后VAS、PSQI评分均下降(P<0.05),研究组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合火丹方加减治疗带状疱疹后神经痛可提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of fire needle combined with Huodan Decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine while the study group were treated with fire needle combined with modified Huodan Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=2.446,P=0.014<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS and PSQI scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the study group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with modified Huodan Decoction could improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
