醒脑开窍针刺法结合益气通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针刺法联合益气通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期的效果。方法:92例按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各46例。两组均用益气通络汤治疗,研究组加用醒脑开窍针刺法治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后研究组BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗20d后中医证候积分、NIHSS评分研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗20d后研究组Vd、Vm大于对照组,PI小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗20d后,研究组血清NO、VEGF水平低于对照组,ET-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗20d后研究组血清BDNF、NGF、Bcl-2水平高于对照组,Bax水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法联合益气通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation combined with Tonifying Qi and Dredging Collaterals Decoction on the recovery of cerebral infarction.Methods:Ninety-two cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Tonifying Qi and Dredging Collaterals Decoction,and the study group were treated with acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the BI score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and NIHSS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 20 days of treatment,Vd and Vm in the study group were larger than those in the control group,and PI was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the levels of serum NO and VEGF in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of ET-1 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the levels of serum BDNF,NGF and Bcl-2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of Bax was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation combined with Tonifying Qi and Dredging Collaterals Decoction can improve the curative effectin the treatment of cerebral infarction recovery period.
