参附强心丸辅治慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参附强心丸辅治慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:92例分为两组,对照组45例用西药治疗,观察组47例用参附强心丸及西药治疗。结果:总有效率观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分均下降,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ET-1及炎性因子hs-CRP、TNF-α均降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参附强心丸辅治慢性心力衰竭疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Pills in adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:Ninety-two cases were divided into two groups.Forty-five cases in the control group were treated with western medicine while forty-seven cases in the observation group were treated with Shenfu Qiangxin Pills and western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ET-1 and inflammatory factors hs-CRP and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenfu Qiangxin Pills is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
