补肾衍精汤辅治弱精子症肾阳亏虚型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾衍精汤辅治弱精子症肾阳亏虚型的疗效。方法:90例随机分为观察组46例和对照组44例。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组加用补肾衍精汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组精液水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾衍精汤辅治弱精子症肾阳亏虚型有良好疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Yanjing Decoction in the treatment of asthenospermia with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(44 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yanjing Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the semen level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yanjing Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of asthenospermia with kidney-yang deficiency.
