芩连止泻汤联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芩连止泻汤联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各40例。两组均用布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,研究组加用芩连止泻汤治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清IgG、IgA及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组腹胀腹痛、腹泻及大便性质异常改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芩连止泻汤联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗小儿腹泻可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of Qinlian Zhixie Decoction combined with Saccharomyces boulardii powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Saccharomyces boulardii powder,and the study group were treated with Qinlian Zhixie Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IgG,IgA and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,diarrhea and abnormal stool in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qinlian Zhixie Decoction combined with Saccharomyces boulardii powder could improve the curative effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.
