调经促孕丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调经促孕丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果。方法:84例按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各42例,两组均用枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,研究组加用调经促孕丸治疗。结果:研究组总有效率和妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组E2、FSH、LH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调经促孕丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕效果较好且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods:Eighty-four cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with clomiphene citrate,and the study group were treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills in addition.Results:The total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of E2,FSH and LH in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with clomiphene citrate is effective and safe in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.
