针灸联合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎的效果。方法:81例分为两组,对照组40例予关节松动术治疗,试验组41例予针灸联合关节松动术治疗。结果:试验组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均下降,且试验组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组Mallet量表评分均下降,且试验组比对照组低(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合关节松动术治疗粘连性肩周炎可提高疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:Eighty-one cases were divided into two groups.Forty cases in the control group were treated with joint mobilization while forty-one cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture combined with joint mobilization.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Mallet scale scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis could improve the curative effect,with safety.
