海桐皮汤熏蒸配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症血瘀型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察海桐皮汤熏蒸配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症血瘀型的疗效。方法:60例分为两组,治疗组用海桐皮汤熏蒸配合针灸治疗,对照组用针灸治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分、VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:海桐皮汤熏蒸配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症血瘀型效果优于单用针灸治疗。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture while the control group were treated with acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),JOA score and VAS score were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation is superior to that of single use of acupuncture.
