摘  要:采用基于数据包络分析方法的松弛值测算模型(SBM-DEA)建立了城市污水处理厂综合运行效能评估方法,对黄河流域中下游山西省、河南省和山东省29个主要城市共174座污水处理厂的综合运行效能进行量化评估;采用Kruskal-Wallis检验法识别影响污水处理厂综合运行效能的因素。结果表明,研究区域城市污水处理厂综合运行效能平均值仅0.5148,在运行成本和碳减排方面仍有很大的改进空间;工艺类型、污水处理负荷率、处理规模、药剂投加强度和进水COD浓度等对污水处理厂的综合运行效能有显著性影响。在此基础上,提出提升城市污水处理厂综合运行效能的对策建议。A comprehensive operational efficiency evaluation method for waste water treatment plants(WWTPs)is established based on the Slack-based measure-Data envelopment analysis(SBM-DEA)method,and is used quantitatively to evaluate 174 WWTPs in 29 major cities in Shanxi,Henan,and Shandong provinces belong to the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River basin.Factors influencing the comprehensive operational efficiency of WWTPs are identified by using the Kruskal-Wallis test.The results indicate that the average comprehensive operational efficiency of WWTPs in the study area was only 0.5148,and there exist room for improvement by improving process type,sewage treatment load ratio,treatment scale,dosage intensity,and influent COD concentration.Based on these findings,this study puts forward recommendations for improving the comprehensive operational efficiency of WWTPs.
