桂滇黔边陲地区不孕症患者自悯能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探究桂滇黔边陲地区不孕症患者自悯能力的现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取2019年6月至2021年12月桂滇黔边陲地区5所三级甲等医院的286例不孕症患者为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版自我怜悯量表、领悟社会支持量表、抑郁自评量表对其进行调查,采用Pearson相关性分析患者自悯能力与社会支持、抑郁的关系。结果研究共发放300份调查问卷,回收有效问卷286份,有效回收率为95.3%。不孕症患者自悯能力的总得分为(20.01±2.17)分,领悟社会支持量表总得分为(39.65±19.06)分,抑郁自评量表总得分为(46.93±11.59)分。患者自悯能力与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.612,P<0.001)与抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.564,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,教育程度、不孕病程、家庭月收入、社会支持水平、抑郁水平均是不孕症患者自悯能力的独立影响因素。结论桂滇黔地区不孕症患者的自悯能力处于中等水平,教育程度较低、不孕病程较长、家庭月收入偏低、社会支持水平较低以及抑郁程度更严重是影响患者自悯能力的主要因素,医护人员应关注不孕症患者自悯能力,积极探索干预方案。Objective To explore the status quo of self-compassion ability of infertile patients in the border areas of Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou,and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods From June 2019 to December 2021,286 infertility patients from 5 tertiary hospitals in the border area of Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou were selected by convenience sampling method as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Self-Pity Scale,the Perceived Social Support Scaleand the Self-Rating Depression Scale were used to investigate them.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between self-compassion ability and social support and depression.Results A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 286 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 95.3%.The total score of selfcompassion ability was(20.01±2.17),the total score of perceived social support scale was(39.65±19.06),and the total score of self-rating depression scale was(46.93±11.59).Patients’self-compassion ability was positively correlated with social support(r=0.612,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.564,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,course of infertility,monthly family income,social support level and depression level were all independent influencing factors of self-compassion ability of infertility patients.Conclusion The self-compassion ability of infertile patients in Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou is at a medium level.The main reasons affecting the self-compassion ability of patients are low education level,long duration of infertility,low monthly family income,low level of social support and greater depression.Medical staff should pay attention to the self-compassion ability of infertile patients and actively explore intervention programs.
