女性绝经年龄与绝经后使用抗抑郁药物的风险关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨女性绝经年龄提前是否是绝经后使用抗抑郁药物的高风险因素。方法本研究使用了2015~2018 NHANES数据,入组了绝经后女性2483例,以服用抗抑郁药物作为因变量,把绝经年龄转换为分类变量作为自变量,纳入其他的协变量,使用R统计软件包3.6.1版和EmpowerStats软件进行计算,多因素Logistic回归分析绝经年龄与使用抗抑郁药的相关性。结果在≤42岁的女性中服用抗抑郁药物的比例显著增高。把绝经女性分成自然绝经、子宫切除及子宫切除合并卵巢切除三组后,在自然绝经组中发现,≤42岁组(OR=2.59,95%CI=1.60-4.19,P=0.001)服用抗抑郁药物的风险是≥50岁组的2.59倍;而在子宫切除合并卵巢切除组,≤42岁组(OR=3.03,95%CI=1.46-6.30,P=0.003)服用抗抑郁药物的风险是≥50岁组的3.03倍。结论≤42岁自然绝经和子宫合并卵巢切除的女性绝经后服用抗抑郁药物的风险显著增加。Objective To explore whether early menopause in women is a risk factor for the use of antidepressants after menopause.Methods This study used NHANES data from 2015 to 2018,2483 postmenopausal women were enrolled.Taking antidepressants as the dependent variable,converting the age of menopause to the categorical variable as the independent variable,and including other covariates,R statistical software package version 3.6.1and Empower Stats software were used to calculate and conduct multiple factor Logistic regression analysis of correlation between age of menopause and antidepressant use.Results The proportion of women taking antidepressants was significantly higher among women≤42 years of age.Divided postmenopausal women into three groups:natural menopause,hysterectomy,and hysterectomy combined with oophorectomy.In the natural menopausal group,it was found that the risk of taking antidepressants in the≤42 years old group(OR=2.59,95%CI=1.60-4.19,P=0.001)was 2.59 times higher than that in the≥50 years old group.In the group of hysterectomy combined with oophorectomy,the risk of taking antidepressants in the≤42 years old group(OR=3.03,95%CI=1.46-6.30,P=0.003)was 3.03 times higher than that in the≥50 years old group.Conclusion The risk of taking antidepressants after menopause was significantly increased in women aged≤42 years who underwent natural menopause or underwent hysterectomy with oophorectomy.
