摘 要:为确保房地产行业的可持续发展,并减少人类活动对生态环境的负面影响,国内外开始广泛推广绿色建筑,这为现代建筑领域带来了全新的发展方向。据此,文章分析了房地产企业在开发绿色建筑项目过程中所面临的问题。随后,针对这些问题提出了提高投资回报率、解决资金来源问题以及提升管理经验与技术能力的具体路径,希望能够为房地产企业在绿色建筑领域的可持续发展提供理论和实践指导,以促进房地产业的健康发展。To ensure the sustainable development of the real estate industry and reduce the negative impact of human activities on the ecological environment,green buildings have been widely promoted both domestically and internationally,bringing a new direction for the development of modern architecture.Based on this,this article analyzes the problems faced by real estate enterprises in the process of developing green building projects.Subsequently,specific paths were proposed to address these issues,including improving investment returns,addressing funding sources,and enhancing management experience and technical capabilities.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the sustainable development of real estate enterprises in the field of green buildings,in order to promote the healthy development of the real estate industry.
