摘 要:目的:总结家庭医生签约服务中患者信任的特征内涵,探索构建中国家庭医生签约服务情境中患者信任的演化路径模型。方法:采用文献研究法和逻辑推导法。结果:发掘了家庭医生签约服务中患者信任的“两阶段”动态性和“机构信任与人际信任”多维度特征,构建了患者信任的演化模型和对服务利用意向的驱动机制模型。结论:信任的概念内涵、演化路径和驱动机制研究,为家庭医生签约服务的可持续发展提供理论参考,对提高签约居民信任和服务利用具有现实意义。Objective To summarize the characteristics and connotation of patient trust in the family doctors contract service,and explore the evolution path model of patient trust in the contract service of Chinese family doctors.Methods Literature research and logical deduction method were used.Results The"two-stage"dynamics of patient trust and the multi-dimensional characteristics of"institutional trust and interpersonal trust"in family doctor contract service were explored,and the evolution model of patient trust and the driving mechanism model of service utilization intention were constructed.Conclusion The research on the conceptual connotation,evolutionary path and driving mechanism of trust provides theoretical reference for the sustainable development of family doctor contract service,and has practical significance for improving the trust and service utilization of contracted residents.
