摘 要:目前筛选效率更高的高加速应力筛选方法已经被应用在了很多民用电子产品中,但是由于民机航电产业在国内起步较晚,缺乏相关经验参考,因而其还未被广泛地应用于航电设备上。基于国内外高加速应力筛选的相关标准等文献,结合民机航电设备的特点,详细地介绍了高加速应力筛选方法在某民机航电设备上的应用,对于其他民航电设备高加速应力试验的开展具有一定的参考意义。At present,the highly accelerated stress screening method with higher screening efficiency has been applied to many civil electronic products.However,due to the late start of the civil aircraft avionics industry in China and lack of relevant experience reference,it has not been widely used in avionics equipment.Based on the relevant standards of highly accelerated stress screening at home and abroad,and combined with the characteristics of civil aircraft avionics,the application of the highly accelerated stress screening method are introduced in a civil aircraft avionics in detail,which has certain reference significance for other civil avionics equipment to carry out highly accelerated stress screening tests.
