摘　　要：随着时代的发展,视频会议已经成为了日常办公的重要工具,视频会议为异地用户提供了一种不受空间制约的沟通手段,其能够提高工作效率,降低办公成本,因而在政府、医疗和军事的领域中也开始广泛运用。但是随着网络、高清技术的普及,视频会议的可靠性也面临严峻的挑战,因此需要建立一套系统运行的评估方法,从而定位系统运行可靠性的薄弱环节,并提出相应的改进方法。Along with The Times,the video conference has already become the important tool of the daily work.Viedo conference provides users in different places with a means of communication that is not restricted by space,which can improve working efficiency and reduce office cost,so it is also widely used in government,medical treatment and military.But with the popularization of network and high-definition technology,the reliability of video conference is also facing serious challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of evaluation methods of system operation,so as to locate the weak links of system operation reliability and put forward corresponding improvement methods.
