电池挤压试验机校准现状及实际需求分析

摘　　要：围绕电池挤压试验机开展试验所涉及的量值,充分分析了电池安全试验标准的要求、试验设备的功能性能、试验机构的实际需求,以及目前涉及该设备的校准规范的不足,提出了制定电池挤压试验机校准规范的必要性,并进行了模拟试验,论证了校准工作的可行性,同时提出了制定该校准规范需进一步考虑和确认的问题。Based on the quantity value involved in the test of the battery extrusion test machine,the requirements of the battery safety test standards,the functional performance of the test equipment and the actual needs of the test institution,as well as the deficiencies of the current calibration specification related to the equipment are fully analyzed.The necessity of formulating the calibration specifications of the battery extrusion test machine is proposed,and simulation tests are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the calibration work.At the same time,some problems which need to be further considered and confirmed to formulate the calibration specifications are given.
