摘　　要：信息通信技术(ICT)产品服务全球化进程推动形成了ICT供应链全球化格局,基于ICT供应链全球化及复杂性特征,其管控越来越难,近年针对ICT供应链的安全攻击事件时有发生,ICT供应链安全成为各国关注的焦点。对ICT供应链安全概念、新发展格局下我国ICT供应链安全管理现状、管理的痛点和难点、存在问题及风险等进行分析,并在此基础上提出了一些管理思路与对策,为今后深入研究ICT供应链安全管理及评估技术提供了依据。The globalization of information and communications technology(ICT)products and services has promoted the formation of a global pattern of ICT supply chain.Based on the globalization and complexity of ICT supply chain,its management and control are becoming more and more difficult.In recent years,security attacks against ICT supply chain have occurred from time to time,and the security of ICT supply chain has become the focus of attention of all countries.The concept of ICT supply chain security,the current situation of ICT supply chain security management in China under the new development pattern,the pain points and difficulties of management,existing problems and risks are analyzed.And on this basis,some managment ideas and countermeasures are proposed,which provides a basis for further research on ICT supply chain security management and evaluation technology in the future.
