摘 要:随着我国城市发展逐步进入存量更新阶段,精细化管理重要性愈加凸显,实现可持续的多主体参与已成为新时期我国历史街区保护与更新的重要内容,共同缔造活动也强调引导多元主体的参与。本研究首先分析多元主体含义及其关系,以枝江市董市镇老正街历史街区保护与更新项目为例,通过实地调研、深度访谈等研究方法,梳理和分析多元主体在共同建设实践中普遍面临的问题,进而对历史街区保护与更新中多元主体参与的机制进行研究,通过完善法律法规和管理体系、培育公众参与能力、设立多主体参与机构,以及整合社会资本,形成多元参与的制衡机制,以期对历史街区保护与更新实践中的多元主体良性互动提供借鉴。As China's urban development enters the stage of stock renewal,the significance of fine management is becoming more and more prominent.In the new era,achieving sustainable multi-subject participation has become a crucial aspect for the conservation and renewal of historic districts in China,with co-creation activities emphasizing the involvement of multiple subjects through guided participation.This paper firstly analyzes the concept of multi-subject participation and its relationship to the conservation and renewal of historic districts.Taking the conservation and renewal project of Laozheng Street in Dongshi Town,Zhijiang City as an example,the paper conducts field investigation and in-depth interviews to identify and analyze the challenges faced by multi-subjects in the process of common construction.Subsequently,the paper explores the mechanisms of multi-subject participation in the conservation and renewal of historic districts.These include improving laws and regulations,enhancing the management system,promoting public participation ability,establishing institutions for multi-subject participation,and integrating social capital to form a mechanism of checks and balances for multi-subject participant involvement.This paper aims to provide a reference for promoting positive interactions among multiple participants in the conservation and renewal of historic districts.
