基于类型学的老旧小区更新方法研究——以西安市东南城角片区为例

摘　　要：近年来,政府对老旧小区改造问题表示了高度的关注与支持,投入大量人力财力,并出台了一系列政策以保证老旧小区改造工程的顺利进行。但在老旧小区改造的进程中也逐渐暴露出了对于居民精神文化层面需求的忽视。文章基于类型学方法中的总平面图的角度,对老旧小区的改造工程进行分析,以西安市东南城角片区为例,以期保留该地区独有的地域文化特性并提高辨识度,使其中的居住群体获得精神归属感和认同感,为后续老旧小区改造提供有益参考。In recent years,the government has shown great concern and support for the renovation of old residential areas,invested a large amount of manpower and financial resources,and introduced a series of policies to ensure the smooth progress of the renovation project of old residential areas.However,in the process of renovating old residential areas,the neglect of residents' spiritual and cultural needs has gradually been exposed.This paper analyzes the renovation project of old residential areas from the perspective of the general layout in typological methods.Taking the southeast corner area of Xi'an City as an example,the paper preserves the unique regional cultural characteristics of the area and improves the recognition level so as to provide a sense of spiritual belonging and identity for the residential groups.It provides a useful reference for the subsequent renovation of old residential areas.
