摘　　要：雄安新区作为党中央指导建设的重要新区,要求体现“世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、高点定位”理念,努力打造贯彻新发展理念的创新发展示范区。其居住区建筑设计要求体现高标准、高质量的建设理念,旨在打造宜居、宜业、宜行、宜游的城市环境。文章以雄安容东居住区项目为例,讨论居住区建筑设计中的总体布局与交通、环境景观、公共服务设施、建筑风貌、住宅功能、新技术运用,运用先进的设计理念和方法,实现高质量居住小区的建设。As an important new area under the guidance of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Xiong'an New Area is required to embody the concept of “global vision,international standards,Chinese characteristics,and high-level positioning”,and to strive to create an innovative development demonstration zone that implements the new development concept.The design requirements of its residential area reflect a high standard and high-quality construction concept,aiming to create a livable,business friendly,pedestrian friendly,and tourist friendly urban environment.This paper takes Xiong'an Rongdong residential area project as an example,and discusses the use of advanced design concepts and methods in planning and layout,architectural style,environmental landscape,community supporting facilities,and the utilization of new technologies in the design of residential quarters,in order to achieve the construction of high-quality residential areas.
