摘 要:绿色建筑评价指标体系是用来甄别绿色建筑的工具,对绿色建筑的建设和发展具有一定的理论意义和实践指导意义。本研究结合甘肃省寒旱地区的自然地域条件,采用网络层次分析法,以既有地方《甘肃省绿色建筑评价标准》(DB62/T25-3064—2018)为研究对象,依据既有国家《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378—2019)的评价体系结构,提出既有地标在结构和评价指标方面的完善措施,分别从特色与风貌、安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居六个方面重构甘肃省绿色建筑评价指标体系。再以兰州理工大学附属中学为案例验证所构建体系的可行性与有效性,可以为甘肃省及其他寒旱地区绿色建筑评价标准的完善和发展提供参考依据。Green building evaluation index system is a tool used to screen green buildings,which has certain theoretical significance and practical guidance for the construction and development of green buildings.This paper combines the natural geographical conditions of cold and arid areas in Gansu Province,adopts the analytic network process method,takes the existing local Green Building Evaluation Standard of Gansu Province(DB62/T3064-2018) as the research object,and proposes the improvement of the existing landmarks in terms of structure and evaluation indexes according to the evaluation system structure in the existing national Green Building Evaluation Standard(GB/T50378-2019).The evaluation index system of green buildings in Gansu Province is reconstructed from six aspects of characteristics and appearance,safety and durability,health and comfort,convenience of life,resource saving and environmental livability,respectively.The feasibility and validity of the constructed system will be verified by the case study of the secondary school affiliated to Lanzhou University of Technology,which can provide a reference basis for the improvement and development of green building evaluation standards in Gansu Province and other arid and semi-arid regions.
