摘　　要：本文在衡量各城市公共服务业发展水平的基础上,匹配中国工业企业数据库和中国海关数据库,研究公共服务业的发展对企业出口技术复杂度的影响。实证结果表明,企业所在城市的公共服务业发展对企业出口技术复杂度产生显著的提升作用,此结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依旧成立。异质性检验发现,一般贸易企业、非国有企业和东部城市的企业,出口技术复杂度受到公共服务业发展的影响更为显著。机制检验发现,公共服务业的发展主要通过促进企业技术创新、提升高技术产品出口目的地多元化水平以及促进企业开展对外直接投资从而影响企业出口技术复杂度的提升。本文从公共服务业的角度为研究中国对外贸易高质量发展提供了新思路。Based on measuring the development level of the public service industry in each city,this paper matched the China Industrial Enterprises Database and the China Customs Database to study the impact of the development of the public service industry on the export sophistication of enterprises.The empirical results demonstrate that the development of the public service industry in the city where enterprises are located has a significant effect on the export sophistication of enterprises.In the heterogeneity test,it is found that general trading enterprises,non-state-owned enterprises,and enterprises in eastern cities are more significantly affected by the development of the public service industry in terms of export sophistication.The mechanism analysis reveals that the development of the public service industry primarily influences the increase in export sophistication through promoting enterprises'technological innovation,enhancing the diversification of export destinations for high-tech products,and facilitating enterprises to engage in outward foreign direct investment.This paper provides a new perspective on how the public service industry can contribute to the high-quality development of China's foreign trade.
