摘 要:目的分析健康教育课程(基于学校的减盐健康教育推广项目,EduSaltS)的实施对小学生健康相关知识和行为的影响。方法2022年10月-2023年7月在江苏省镇江市和江西省赣州市168所小学所有三年级学生中推广EduSaltS。学生参与课程情况根据累计积分分为好、中和差3组。参与课程前后,学生采用线上测评的形式完成健康相关知识和行为测评,结果换算成百分制得分后进行分析。结果共27533名学生完成了前后2次调查问卷,占参加项目学生的65.5%,其中22716名(82.5%)学生参与课程情况为好或中等。课程结束后学生健康知识和健康行为百分制总得分分别平均提高5.6分和3.3分,健康知识和行为总得分平均提高4.8分。调整其他因素后,与参与课程表现差组相比,参与课程表现好组总得分增长高4.95分(β=4.95,95%CI:4.56~5.35),表现中等组得分增长高2.16分(β=2.16,95%CI:1.81~2.52)。结论EduSaltS能够提高学生健康知识,改善健康行为,建议探讨将该课程纳入各地健康教育体系进行可持续推广。Objective To investigate the effect of a mobile-based salt reduction health education program(Edus-altS)on health-related knowledge and behaviors among primary school students.Methods EduSaltS was implemented in 168 schools across Zhenjiang City and Ganzhou City from October 2022 to July 2023.The primary school students in Grade 3"participated in the curriculum through an applet named"Jian Yan Yun Ke Tang,The students were classified into good,medium and poor performance groups based on their total points gained from the curriculum.They completed a self-test of health-related knowledge and behavior via the applet before and after the curriculum.The results were analyzed by converting the test scores into a percentage score.Results A total of 27533 students from 167 schools completed both tests,account-ing for 65.5%of students participating in the curriculum and 22716(82.5%)of respondents fell in the good and medium performance groups.The average health-related knowledge and behavior scores improved by 5.6 and 3.3 points,respective-ly,and the total test score increased by 4.8 points after the curriculum.After adjusting for other factors,the improvement of the good and the medium performance groups compared with the poor performance group was 4.95 scores(95%Cl:4.56-5.35)and 2.16 scores(95%CI:1.81-2.52).Conclusion The implementation of EduSaltS is effective to improve the health knowledge and behaviors of primary school children.It is recommended to explore continuous scaling-up of the curricu-lum by integrating it into the health education system.
