摘  要:传统大跨曲线预应力梁施工难点较多,文章以苏州市某三层体育场馆项目为案例,通过动画指导专业班组施工,提前解决疑难点;还重点介绍了大跨度预应力梁钢筋BIM碰撞优化、主筋定位、应力应变控制及二次压浆等技术的应用;结论表明采用特制双向耙式可调辅架进行梁钢筋定位,可确保钢筋骨架的精准定位及安装;此外,三阶段张拉及二次压浆技术相比于传统的张拉和压浆施工工艺能有效节约人工成本和材料成本,同时还能提升预应力构件体系的牢固度和使用寿命。文章所述技术可广泛应用在大跨度预应力混凝土梁施工中。There are many difficulties in the construction of traditional long-span curved prestressed beam,taking a three-story stadium project in Suzhou as a case,by using animation to guide the construction of professional teams,the difficulties are solved in advance,and the application of technologies such as BIM collision optimization,main reinforcement positioning,stress-strain control and secondary grouting of long-span prestressed beam are also introduced.The conclusion shows that the use of special two-way rake adjustable auxiliary frame for beam steel bar positioning can ensure the accurate positioning and installation of steel bar skeleton.In addition,compared with the traditional tension and grouting construction technology,three-stage tension and secondary grouting technology can effectively save labor cost and material cost,and improve the firmness and service life of prestressed member system.The technologies described in this paper can be widely used in the construction of long-span prestressed concrete beams.
