大体积混凝土施工及裂缝控制技术研究——以上海浦东新区某项目为例

摘　　要：文章以上海浦东新区某项目为例,研究了大体积混凝土施工及裂缝控制技术。在项目概况和施工条件的基础上,分析了大体积混凝土施工的重点和难点,并提出应对措施。在施工方法和工艺要求方面,详细介绍了方案及技术参数、施工工艺流程和施工要点,包括配合比及运输、混凝土施工等方面的内容。此外,为了控制大体积混凝土的温度和裂缝,还进行了计算分析,并提出了保温层厚度计算、自约束裂缝控制计算和温度控制等方面的建议。Taking a project in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an example,this paper investigates the construction and crack control technology of large volume concrete.Based on the project overview and construction conditions,the paper analyzes the key points and difficulties of large volume concrete construction,and proposes corresponding measures.In terms of construction methods and process requirements,the paper provides a detailed introduction to the scheme and technical parameters,construction process flow,and key construction points,including content related to mix proportion,transportation,and concrete construction.Furthermore,in order to control the temperature and cracks of large volume concrete,this paper conducts calculation analysis and puts forward suggestions on insulation layer thickness calculation,self-restraint crack control calculation,and temperature control.
