摘  要:以从粤北大宝山尾矿酸性矿山废水(AMD)分离的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(A.f菌)为研究对象,采用重铬酸钾滴定法测定Fe^(2+)氧化率以及对A.f菌培养体系pH和氧化还原电位(Eh)的测定,研究砷和铬对A.f菌生长活性和生物氧化的影响。结果表明,砷和铬对A.f菌的最大耐受浓度分别为5~6 mmol/L和90~100 mmol/L;5 mmol/L As和90 mmol/L Cr均可明显干扰A.f菌利用Fe^(2+)代谢产酸过程并抑制A.f菌的生物氧化作用,其机制可能与砷和铬同A.f菌EPS间的相互作用密切相关。Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans isolated from the acid mine drainage of Dabaoshan tailings located in northern Guangdong was used for this study.In order to explore the effect of As and Cr on the activity of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and biological oxidation,the oxidation rate of ferrous iron were detected by potassium dichromate titration method and the effect on oxido-reducing potential(Eh)was studied by electrochemical analysis.The results indicated that the maximal tolerant concentration of As and Cr on Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans were 5~6 mmol/L and 90~100 mmol/L,respectively.Both 5 mmol/L As and 90 mmol/L Cr significantly interfered with the acid production process of Fe^(2+) metabolism of A.f and inhibited its biological oxidation.The mechanism may be closely related to the interaction between As and Cr with extracellular polymer of A.f.
