摘　　要：为了高效生产出符合市场品质要求的锂电池电解液溶剂,在生产碳酸乙烯制的过程中,采用了熔融结晶法对碳酸乙烯酯进行提纯,采用单因素法探究了工业级碳酸乙烯酯熔融结晶提纯工艺。研究表明,最佳的工艺条件为:以0.10℃/min的降温速率降温至28℃,恒温30 min以上,再以0.03℃/min的发汗速率发汗至33.0℃,恒温30 min以上,最后再升温使晶层全部熔化,纯度可以达到99.9%左右,收率可达57.5%。ln order to efficiently produce the electrolyte solvent of lithium battery that meets the market quality requirements,in the process of producing ethylene carbonate,the melting crystallization method was used to purify ethylene carbonate,and the single factor method was used to explore the melting crystallization purification process of industrial ethylene carbonate.Research has found that the optimal process conditions are cooling at a cooling rate of 0.10℃/min to 28℃,holding constant temperature for more than 30 minutes,then sweating at a sweating rate of 0.03℃/min to 33.0℃,holding constant temperature for more than 30 minutes,and finally increasing the temperature to melt the crystal layer.The purity can reach about 99.9%,and the yield can reach 57.5%.
