柱前衍生测定家用洗涤剂中游离甲醛的方法探讨

摘　　要：建立柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法对家用洗涤剂中游离甲醛的含量检测方法,使用2,4-二硝基苯肼盐酸溶液衍生化样品提取液,经氢氧化钠溶液处理调节pH,乙腈溶解衍生物,高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测器测定,采用外标法定量。甲醛衍生物2,4-二硝基苯腙出峰时间在7.2 min左右,在1.0~32.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 7,回收率达到87.4%~96.4%,检出限为0.032 8 mg/L。该方法简便、快捷、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于家用洗涤剂中游离甲醛的快速检测。To detect the content of free formaldehyde in household detergent by pre-column derivatization HPLC.DNPH-hydrochloric acid solution was derivatized,pH was adjusted by sodium hydroxide solution treatment,acetonitrile dissolved derivatives,high performance liquid chromatography separation,ultraviolet detector determination,and quantification by external standard.The peak time of formaldehyde derivative was about 7.2 min,the linear relationship in the range of 1.0 mg/L~32.0 mg/L was good,the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,the recovery rate reached 87.4%~96.4%,and the detection limit was 0.0328 mg/L.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible,and can be used for the rapid detection of free formaldehyde in household detergent.
