摘  要:根据HJ970-2018水质石油类的测定紫外分光光度法(试行)的要求,测定地表水中石油类,使用全自动紫外测油仪,以正己烷为萃取剂,对新标准进行检验,所得的线性关系、检出限、精密度及准确度均符合要求。石油类的检出限为0.003 mg/L、测定下限为0.02 mg/L,相对误差为-8.0%~1.0%,相对标准偏差0.84%~4.37%,与手动分析方法相比,其检出限、精密度、准确度均优,全自动紫外测油分析方法具有分析速度快、操作简单、引入误差小、回收率高、有机溶剂接触少、可以开展批量分析等优点。According to the requirements of HJ970-2018 Water Quality Determination of Petroleum by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer(Trial),petroleum in surface water was determined using a fully automatic ultraviolet oil analyzer with n-hexane as the extractant.The new standard was tested and the linear relationship,detection limit,precision,and accuracy obtained met the requirements.The detection limit was 0.003 mg/L,the lower limit of determination was 0.02 mg/L,the relative error was-8.0%~1.0%,and values of RSD's was 0.84~4.37%.Compared with manual analysis methods,its detection limit,precision,and accuracy are all superior.It has advantages such as fast analysis speed,simple operation,small introduction error,high recovery rate,less contact with organic solvents,and can be used for batch analysis.
