摘 要:通过对我国农村污染治理现状及存在问题,明确提出以现状调研为基础、流域性环境容量总量控制为根本,确定最小削减量、污水收集率计算方法;为进一步对方案落地具有指导性,从距离、地形、处理量等方面提出分散和集中收集处理的具体指标值,阐述农村污水治理方案设计的原则,梳理从住户源头到处理末端的技术路线,并深化生态处理工艺、生化处理工艺工艺比选和适用性的分析,为后期农村环境治理项目提供参考。Through the current situation and existing problems of rural domestic sewage treatment in China,clearly proposed to determine the calculation method of minimum pollution reduction and sewage collection rate,which based on the current situation investigation and the total control of basin environmental capacity.In order to further guide the implementation of scheme,the specific index values of decentralized and centralized treatment were put forward from the aspects of distance,topography and treatment capacity.Then expounded the design principles of rural sewage treatment scheme,combed the technical route from the source of households to the end of treatment,and deepened the analysis of the comparison and selection of ecological treatment process,biochemical treatment process and applicability,which to provide reference for later rural environmental projects.
