摘 要:抗生素被广泛应用于生物医疗和畜牧养殖中,其对环境的污染问题引起了广泛关注。本文以常用的抗生素磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)为研究对象,考察了活性污泥降解SM2的特性。结果显示:活性污泥能够降解水体中的SM2,在初始接菌量OD600=0.60、温度为30℃、pH=7.0时,经20 d反应后,SM2初始浓度为5、10、30 mg·L^(-1)的条件下其SM2降解率分别为50.65%、39.65%和32.15%。在反应前期,活性污泥主要通过吸附去除SM2;在反应后期,活性污泥主要通过生物降解去除SM2。SM2能够一定程度抑制活性污泥的脱氮除磷能力。The environmental pollution caused by antibiotics,which are widely used in medicine and animal husbandry,has attracted much attention worldwide.The present study selected sulfamethazine(SM2),a commonly used antibiotic,as the concerned chemical to investigate its degradation characteristics by activated sludge.The results showed that activated sludge could degrade SM2 in water.Under the optimal condition(a bacterial inoculum of 0.6,a temperature of 30℃,and initial pH value of 7.0),the degradation rates of SM2 were 50.65%,39.65%and 32.15%respectively when the initial concentration of SM2 was 5,10 and 30 mg·L^(-1).In the early stage of reaction,activated sludge mainly removes SM2 by adsorption.At the later stage of the reaction,the activated sludge mainly removed SM2 by biodegradation.SM2 could inhibit the nitrogen and phosphorus removal capacity of activated sludge to a certain extent.
