“格油沉渣+混凝沉淀+混凝气浮+UASB+A/O”工艺应用于凝胶糖果生产废水处理的研究

摘　　要：凝胶糖果生产废水含有较多的有机污染物、固体悬浮物及油类物质,是一种较高浓度的有机废水。采用“格油沉渣+混凝沉淀+混凝气浮+UASB+A/O”工艺对该废水进行处理,在工艺前段可以有效去除油类及悬浮物,并降低部分COD,生化系统采用厌氧+缺氧+好氧组合工艺,以微生物新陈代谢作用实现有机污染物的降解与去除,具有运行稳定,去除率高,投资省,维护管理方便的特点。通过合理设计构筑物大小、设备参数选型、平面及高程布置,最终,废水处理站运行结果表明:该项目废水经处理后各污染指标均能稳定达标,在进水COD_(Cr)为20000 mg/L,SS为3000 mg/L时,出水水质可以做到COD_(Cr)为小于250 mg/L,SS小于140 mg/L,去除率分别大于98.7%和95.3%。其他各项指标均满足排放标准要求。废水处理站吨水处理费用为:4.76元/吨废水,其中电费为3.66元/吨废水,药剂费用为1.10元/吨废水。本项目的成功运行可为同类废水处理提供工程实践参考。The wastewater from the production of gel confectionery contains more organic pollutants,suspended solids and oil substances,which is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater.The wastewater was treated by the“oil sludge+coagulation precipitation+coagulation air float+UASB+A/O”process,which can effectively remove oil and suspended matter in the first stage of the process and reduce part of COD.The biochemical system adopted the anaerobic+anoxic+aerobic combined process to achieve the degradation and removal of organic pollutants by microbial metabolism,which has stable operation and high removal rate.The features of less investment,convenient maintenance and management.Through reasonable design of structure size,equipment parameter selection,plane and elevation layout,finally,the operation results of the wastewater treatment station showed that:After treatment,all pollution indicators of the wastewater of this project can reach the standard stably.When the influent COD_(Cr) was 20000 mg/L and SS was 3000 mg/L,the effluent quality can be achieved with COD_(Cr) less than 250 mg/L and SS less than 140 mg/L,and the removal rate was greater than 98.7%and 95.3%,respectively.Other indicators met the requirements of emission standards.The treatment cost of tons of water in the wastewater treatment station was 4.76 yuan/ton of wastewater,of which the electricity cost was 3.66 yuan/ton of wastewater,and the pharmaceutical cost was 1.10 yuan/ton of wastewater.The successful operation of this project can provide engineering practice reference for similar wastewater treatment.
