尿毒清颗粒联合复方α-酮酸片治疗肾衰竭对肾功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的针对肾衰竭患者选取不同的治疗方案以评估其对机体各项指标的改善作用。方法选取2022年3月~2023年3月我院收治的肾衰竭患者,将其划分为各40例的对照组、研究组(随机分组)。给予对照组患者复方α-酮酸片治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者基础上行尿毒清颗粒。对比两组患者临床疗效(治疗后)、肾功能、免疫功能、炎症介质、临床指标(治疗前、后)以及不良反应(治疗期间)。结果两组患者治疗后肌酐清除率(CCr)、Th1、Th1/Th2水平高于治疗前,且研究组较优(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、Th2、转化生长因子(TGF)-β1、C反应蛋白(CPR)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(Ⅳ-C)、血钠、血钾以及血尿酸水平低于治疗前,且研究组较优(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的总有效率较高,治疗期间的不良反应较低(P<0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒联合复方α-酮酸片治疗肾衰竭能够起到保护患者机体肾功能以及抗肾脏纤维化的作用,且可增强免疫功能,减轻炎性损伤,整体用药安全性高。Objective To evaluate their improvement on various indexes of the body by different treatment schemes for patients with renal failure.Methods Patients with renal failure admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023.They were divided into the control group and the study group(40 cases each).The control group was treated with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets,and the study group was treated with Niaoduqing Granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy(after treatment),renal function,immune function,inflammatory mediators,clinical indicators(before and after treatment)and adverse reactions(during treatment)of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of creatinine clearance rate(CCr),Th1 and Th1/Th2 in 2 groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,and the study group was better than before treatment(P<0.05).blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),Th2,transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1、CollageⅣ(Ⅳ-C),C-reactive protein(CPR),interleukin(IL-6),blood sodium,blood potassium and blood uric acid levels were lower than before treatment,and the group was better than before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the study group,the adverse reactions was lower.(P<0.05).Conclusion Niaoduqing Granule combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets can protect patients'renal function and resist renal fibrosis,and can enhance immune function and reduce inflammatory injury,with high overall medication safety.
