摘　　要：目的探讨微信视频术前宣教联合音乐情绪疏导疗法对椎管内麻醉患者手术配合度及焦虑程度的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月期间在我院行椎管内麻醉手术的80例患者作为研究对象,分组依据为随机数字表法,将其中40例患者采用常规护理干预作为对照组;另40例患者在上述基础上进行微信视频术前宣教联合音乐情绪疏导疗法干预作为研究组。比较两组患者手术前后焦虑情况、对护理满意度情况以及手术配合度等。结果干预前,两组在S-AI得分方面无差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组在S-AI得分方面均较前降低,且研究组在S-AI得分方面远远比对照组低(P<0.05),研究组患者手术配合度明显高于对照组,手术停台/延台率低于对照组,组间差异显赫(P<0.05),所有研究对象干预前GSES评分较低,干预后,研究对象评分明显提高,以研究组自我效能感更高,且优于对照组(P<0.05),在满意度评价上,研究组满意度更高,P<0.05。结论微信视频术前宣教联合音乐情绪疏导疗法在椎管内麻醉患者中的应用效果显著,不仅缓解患者的焦虑程度,提高其自我效能,同时促进患者手术配合度的提升,保证麻醉及手术过程的顺利进行,提高患者满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of WeChat video preoperative education and music emotional counseling therapy on surgical cooperation and anxiety in patients with spinal anesthesia.Methods The 80 patients undergoing spinal anesthesia in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study object,grouped based on random number table method,40 patients used the routine care intervention as the control group;another 40 patients performed the intervention of WeChat video preoperative education and music emotional counseling therapy as the study group on the above basis.Anxiety,satisfaction with nursing and operation cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,There was no difference in the S-AI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,Both groups were lower in their S-AI scores than previously,And the study group had a much lower S-AI score than the control group(P<0.05),The study group patients had significantly higher surgical coordination than the control group,The surgical stop/extension rate was lower than the control group,Significant ence between groups(P<0.05),And low pre-intervention GSES scores in all study subjects,After the intervention,Study subject scores have improved significantly,With a higher sense of self-efficacy in the study group,And was better than the control group(P<0.05),In the satisfaction evaluation,The study group had a higher satisfaction level,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of wechat video preoperative education and music emotional counseling therapy in patients with spinal anesthesia is remarkable,which not only alleviates the anxiety of patients,improves their self-efficacy,but also promotes the improvement of surgical cooperation,ensures the smooth progress of anesthesia and surgical process,and improves patient satisfaction.
