高血压老年自我感受负担水平及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探析高血压老年患者自我感受负担的影响因素。方法本研究收集医院2021年10月-2022年10月接诊的高血压老年患者80例,中文版自我感受负担量表(SPBS)对患者进行量化评估,高血压老年患者自我感受负担影响因素以线性分析。结果80例高血压老年患者自我感受水平得分(34.50±4.01)分;不同文化程度、焦虑情绪、社会支持以及居住地的高血压老年患者自我感受负担水平评分(P<0.05);线性分析焦虑情绪、文化程度、社会支持、居住地是高血压老年患者自我感受负担水平影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高血压老年患者自我感受负担中等水平,居住地、焦虑情绪、文化程度、社会支持是其影响因素。Objective To explore the influencing factors of self perceived burden in elderly patients with hypertension.Method This study collected 80 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in hospitals from October 2021 to October 2022.The Chinese version of the Self Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)was used to quantitatively evaluate the patients.The influencing factors of self perceived burden in elderly patients with hypertension were analyzed linearly.Results The self perception level score of 80 elderly patients with hypertension was(34.50±4.01)points;the self perceived burden level score of elderly hypertensive patients with different levels of education,anxiety,social support,and place of residence(P<0.05);Linear analysis showed that anxiety,educational level,social support,and place of residence were the influencing factors on the self perceived burden level of elderly patients with hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with hypertension have a moderate level of self perceived burden,and factors such as place of residence,anxiety,educational level,and social support are their influencing factors.
