摘　　要：目的探究互联网+康复护理服务在老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月~2023年9月于本院就诊的老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者92例,按照护理方案对患者进行分组,对照组(n=50)实施常规护理,观察组(n=42)实施互联网+康复护理服务。对两组患者的自我效能、疼痛情况、腰椎功能以及生活质量进行对比分析。结果两组患者各项指标评分在干预前差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在干预后,与对照组相比,观察组运动效能及摄钙效能评分、JOA评分、GQOL-74各维度评分均明显升高(P<0.05);VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论互联网+康复护理服务应用于老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者中,可明显提高患者的自我效能,有效改善患者的疼痛情况、腰椎功能以及生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of Internet+rehabilitation nursing service in elderly osteoporotic compression fracture patients.Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who were treated at our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing plan,with the control group(n=50)receiving routine care and the observation group(n=42)receiving Internet+rehabilitation nursing services.A comparative analysis of self-efficacy,pain levels,lumbar spine function,and quality of life was conducted for both groups.Results The differences in the scores of the indexes between the two groups were not significant before the intervention(P>0.05).In the post-intervention period,compared with the control group,the exercise efficacy and calcium uptake efficacy scores,JOA scores,and GQOL-74 scores of each dimension in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05);the VAS scores were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Internet+rehabilitation nursing service in elderly osteoporotic compression fracture patients can significantly improve patients'self-efficacy,effectively improve patients'pain,lumbar spine function,and quality of life,and is worth popularizing and applying.
