外语院校国际传播人才培养的理念创新与实现路径

摘　　要：面对高速迭代的媒介技术和纷繁复杂的国际格局,如何创新国际传播人才培养模式、提升国际传播人才培养质量,是外语院校亟待思考和回应的时代命题。当前国际传播人才培养普遍存在家国情怀与国际视野无法兼顾、外语技能与传播专业融合培养机制不健全、理论学习与实践教学相脱节等现实困境。基于此,本文尝试探索外语院校“一体、两翼、三融”的国际传播人才培养新模式,致力于培养因应时代发展和国家战略需求的国际传播人才,为服务国际传播能力建设战略贡献外语院校的应有之力。In the face of rapidly evolving media technologies and the complex international landscape,how to innovate the talent development model for international communication and enhance the quality of international communicators cultivation is a pressing issue for foreign language institutes and universities.Currently,challenges in international communication talent development include balancing patriotism with a global perspective,integrating language skills with communication expertise,and bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical teaching.In response,this article proposes an innovative model of“one body,two wings and three dimensions”for cultivating international communication talent in foreign language institutions,emphasizing a holistic approach that integrates theory,practice,and language proficiency to nurture international communicators who can adapt to the demands of the modern era and contribute to strengthening our international communication capabilities.
