花样滑冰运动员骨骼肌损伤的流行病学综述研究

摘　　要：基于当前中国参加花样滑冰体能训练的儿童及青少年人数日益增多,损伤概率日趋提高,损伤程度不可小觑。该文对花样滑冰运动员骨骼肌损伤的流行病学进行分析研究,总结不同滑冰水平和性别的花样滑冰运动员文献,揭示滑冰者表现的伤害,讨论花样滑冰中的骨骼肌损伤,从而提出合理的解决思路与方法,以实现流行病学综述研究。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法对当前全民健身视域下花样滑冰运动损伤机制进行综述,从不同方面揭示儿童及青少年花样滑冰损伤机制及其影响。Based on the increasing number of children and adolescents participating in figure skating physical training in China,the probability of injury is increasing,and the degree of injury cannot be underestimated.This article analyzes and studies the epidemiology of skeletal muscle injuries in figure skaters,summarizes literature on figure skaters of different levels and genders,reveals the injuries exhibited by skaters,discusses skeletal muscle injuries in figure skating,and proposes reasonable solutions and methods to achieve epidemiological review research.Through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper reviews the injury mechanisms of figure skating in the current context of national fitness,revealing the injury mechanisms and their impacts on children and adolescents in figure skating from different perspectives.
