摘 要:为进一步落实体育与健康课程标准,促进学生五育融合发展,该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、探讨优化高中田径课程的教学实践路径,进而为今后的高中田径教学训练提供理论依据与实践价值。基于激励理论的视角,研究学生学习行为和学习动机,提供多样化学习方式和评价方式,激发学生自主、合作、探究学习方式,培养终身体育意识。经研究认为,通过创造具有艺术性的体育课堂、构建有效的学生评价体系、培养学生自我激励和心理调节能力,以及在教学中合理适当地满足学生需求,能够进一步激发学生对田径课程的行为动机和习惯。During the high school athletics learning period,motivational factors are particularly important.Especially when teaching high school track and field,teachers should provide appropriate incentives for high school students,so that they can have a successful emotional experience in track and field learning,and thus make high school students more confident in participating in track and field exercise.Therefore,in order to effectively apply motivation theory in high school track and field teaching classrooms and further stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of high school students to participate in track and field training,this article mainly explores how to optimize the teaching practice path of high school track and field teaching courses from the perspective of motivation theory,and provides theoretical ideas for future high school track and field teaching and training.
