摘　　要：发电机出口开关属于发电输出环节关键核心设备,开发了一种中小水电站用发电机出口开关成套装置,来保护发电机和电力设备的安全。给出了高压开关柜及断路器的设计流程,并对断路器设计方案的机械强度、开关特性进行了仿真验证,经样机制作及型式试验验证表明,产品具有结构紧凑、运行高效、安装方便、操作可靠、性能稳定等显著特点,目前已在部分国家重点工程项目稳定运行。The generator outlet switch is the key core equipment of the power generation output link,and a complete set of generator outlet switch devices for small and medium-sized hydropower stations has been developed to protect the safety of generators and power equipment.The design process of high-voltage switchgear and circuit breaker is given,and the mechanical strength and switching characteristics of the circuit breaker design scheme are verified by simulation.The prototype production and type test verification show that the product has the remarkable characteristics of compact structure,efficient operation,easy installation,reliable operation and stable performance,and has been stably operated in some national key projects.
