津原89水稻的耐盐性及盐胁迫下幼苗叶片部分光合参数变化的研究

摘  要:对比研究了水稻新品种津原89和其亲本津原E28以及津原E28的亲本津原45在种子萌发和幼苗生长期对盐胁迫的响应.结果显示,在低于0.9%NaCl盐浓度的处理下,3个品种的发芽率和发芽势无显著差别,均表现出很好的抗盐性;用0.6%NaCl水溶液浇灌一周苗龄的水稻小苗,处理2周时对幼苗的株高、鲜重和干重产生了一定的影响,其中对津原E28幼苗的株高和鲜重影响最小(比对照分别减少10%和30%左右),对津原89幼苗干重的影响最小(比对照减少10%左右).采用叶绿素荧光仪测定了一些光合参数在盐胁迫下的变化情况,结果表明津原89幼苗抗盐性总体上优于其他两个品种,突出表现在类囊体膜受损的程度较低和较晚地启动了自我防御机制来消耗过剩光能,保护其光合结构.The response to salt stress during seed germination and seedling growth was compared among the new rice variety Jinyuan 89,its parent Jinyuan E28 and Jinyuan 45,the parent of E28.The results showed that under the treatment with a salt concentration of less than O.9%NaCl,there was no significant difference in germination rate and germination potential of the three varieties,showing that they all possess good salt toleranc.One-week-old seedlings were irrigated with O.6%NaCl aqueous solution for 2 weeks,by which the least impact on the plant height and fresh weight of Jinyuan E28 seedlings(about 10% and 30% less than the control),and the least impact on dry weight of Jinyuan 89 seedlings(about 10% less than the control)were found.The changes of some photosynthetic parameters under salt stress were investigated by using chlorophyll fluorescence meter.The results showed that the salt tolerance of Jinyuan 89 seedlings was better than that of the other two varieties,which was mainly demonstrated by less damage of thylakoid membrane and later initiation of the self-defense mechanism that consumes light energy and protects photosynthetic machinary.
