摘 要:原发性结直肠癌是一种高度恶性的肿瘤,目前对结直肠癌发生发展的调控的分子机制尚不清楚.因此,进一步探索研究新的基因功能变化与肠癌关系,对揭示肠癌发生的分子机制、寻找合理的治疗药物及预后判断,进一步提高我国肠癌的治疗水平具有重要的理论与临床意义.研究表明CDYL1与多种肿瘤的发生相关.但在结直肠癌尚无类似报道,因此,深入研究CDYL1的稳态调节机制对阐明其参与结肠癌等癌症的发生发展具有重要的理论意义在临床价值.本研究将深入研究CDYL1b在结肠癌中的功能,明确CDYL1b调控结肠癌细胞的增殖分子机制.同时在结肠癌细胞、裸鼠肿瘤模型上证实NAA10蛋白表达对CDYL1b稳态的调控以及对结肠癌细胞的增殖、侵袭及转移的影响,揭示NAA10在CDYL1b异常表达引发的结肠癌治疗中的潜在价值.Primary colorectal cancer is a particularlyaggressive malignancy,and the precise molecular underpinnings remain elusive.Hence,exploring the link between altered gene functions and colon cancer possesses crucial theoretical and clinical implications for understanding metastasis,devising effective medications,and predicting prognosis,thereby enhancing China's colon cancer therapy.Studies indicate that CDYL1 is implicated in the progression of diverse cancers;however,there are no published studies involving colorectal cancer.Consequently,unraveling CDYL1 steady-state regulatory mechanism holds significant theoretical import and potential clinical value in elucidating its role in the genesis and progression of cancers like colon cancer.This research aims to examine the function of CDYL1b in colon cancer and clarify the molecular pathway by which CDYL1b influences the growth of colon cancer cells.Simultaneously,in colon cancer cells,nude mouse tumor models,the expression of NAA1O protein modulates the homeostasis of CDYL1b and impinges on the proliferation,invasion,and metastasis of colon cancer cells,illustrating potential therapeutic utility of NAA1O in managing colon cancer due to altered expression of CDYL1b.
