摘  要:大直径变截面超长灌注桩具有可充分发挥结构性能、工程造价低等诸多优势,在高墩大跨桥梁桩基中得到广泛应用。但与等截面桩相比,大直径变截面超长灌注桩的施工工序较多,工艺较为复杂,质量控制相对困难。文章依托新疆某高速公路特大桥桩基工程,针对砂卵石全风化砂岩复合地层大直径变截面超长桩基施工技术进行探讨,分析阐述施工工艺流程,提出施工技术要点,以期为类似工程施工提供借鉴参考。The large-diameter variable-cross-section ultra-long cast-in-place pile is widely used in the pile foundation of the high-pier and long-span bridge with many advantages such as structural performance,low engineering cost and so on.However,compared with the equal-section pile,there are more construction procedures for the large-diameter variable-cross-section ultra-long cast-in-place pile,the process is more complex,and the quality control is relatively difficult.Relying on the pile foundation project of the grand bridge over an expressway in Xinjiang,the construction technology of the large-diameter variable-section ultra-long pile foundation in the composite strata of the sandy cobble fully-weathered sandstone is discussed,the process of construction technology is analyzed and elaborated,and the key points of construction technology are put forward,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
