膨润土乳化沥青水泥土抗压强度试验研究

摘　　要：为研究膨润土乳化沥青水泥土(BEACS)的抗压强度,选用石油沥青及膨润土和乳化剂混合溶液制备膨润土乳化沥青(BEA),随后使用BEA、水泥和黏土制备BEACS试件,测试其无侧限抗压强度,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察试件破坏形态及细观特征。试验结果表明,随着BEA掺量增加,BEACS的抗压强度先增大后减小;水泥掺量与BEACS抗压强度指标呈正比;7~28d龄期BEACS抗压强度提升幅度较大,28~60d龄期指标提升较缓慢;BEA在BEACS中起到连接和加筋作用,可以延缓裂缝的延伸并使BEACS内部更加密实,从而提高BEACS的抗压强度。In order to study the compressive strength of bentonite emulsified asphalt cement soil(BEACS),the bentonite emulsified asphalt(BEA)is prepared by using petroleum asphalt,bentonite and emulsifier mixed solution,and then BEACS specimens are prepared by using BEA,cement and clay to test the unconfined compressive strength,and the failure mode and mesoscopic characteristics of the specimens are observed by the electron microscopy scanning(SEM).The test results show that,the compressive strength of BEACS increases first and then decreases with the increase of BEA content.The cement content is directly proportional to the compressive strength index of BEACS.The compressive strength of BEACS increases significantly at the age of 7~28 days,and the index increases slowly at the age of 28~60 days.BEA plays a role in connecting and reinforcing BEACS,which can delay the extension of cracks and make the inside of BEACS more solid,thereby improving the compressive strength of BEACS.
