摘  要:盾构法施工会对土体造成破坏,引起地表沉降,危及地表及周围建筑物安全。以天津地铁11号线工程为例,应用Midas GTS软件,探讨了在富水软土地层中进行盾构挖掘时,不同土仓压力和注浆压力对地层竖向位移、地表横向沉降及纵向沉降的影响。结果显示,提升土仓压力和注浆压力有助于减少地表沉降,其中土仓压力对于控制地表沉降的作用更突出。由于左线隧道先行开挖,左线地表沉降略大于右线地表沉降。富水软土地层施工时,盾构掘进参数建议取值范围为:土仓压力110~130 kPa,注浆压力150~180 kPa,施工沉降标准为30 mm。The construction with shield method will cause damage to the soil mass,cause the ground surface settlement,and endanger the safety of the ground surface and surrounding buildings.Taking the project of Tianjin metro line 11as the example,the influence of different soil silo pressures and grouting pressures on the vertical displacement of stratum,transverse settlement and longitudinal settlement of ground surface is discussed by using Midas GTS software in the shield tunneling of water-rich soft soil strata.The results show that,increasing the soil silo pressure and grouting pressure can help to reduce the ground surface settlement,and the soil silo pressure plays a more prominent role in controlling the ground surface settlement.Due to the excavation of the tunnel on the left line,the ground surface settlement of the left line is slightly greater than that of the right line.During the construction of water-rich soft soil strata,the recommended value range of shield tunneling parameters is as follows:soil silo pressure is 110~130 kPa,grouting pressure is 150~180 kPa,and construction settlement standard is 30 mm.
