综合护理干预在全身麻醉术后患者苏醒期体温管理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预方法在麻醉恢复室全身麻醉术后患者体温管理中的应用效果。方法选取洛阳市中心医院2022年6月至12月的120例麻醉恢复室全身麻醉术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例,其中对照组给予麻醉恢复室常规护理措施,观察组给予综合护理干预措施。观察两组患者的清醒时间、恢复室停留时间、拔除气管导管时间及低体温和寒颤发生率。结果观察组患者的清醒时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间、拔除气管导管时间均明显低于对照组,且低体温和寒颤发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在麻醉恢复室实施综合护理干预,可以减少患者低体温和寒颤的发生率,缩短患者的清醒时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间和拔除气管导管时间。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention method in temperature management of patients after general anesthesia in post anesthesia care unit(PACU).Methods A total of 120 patients in PACU after general anesthesia from Luoyang Central Hospital June 2022 to December 2022 were selected,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing measures in the anesthesia recovery room,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures.The awake time,recovery room stay time,tracheal catheter removal time and the incidence of hypothermia and shivering were observed.Results The awake time,anesthesia recovery room stay time and tracheal catheter removal time of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of hypothermia and shivering in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in PACU can reduce the incidence of hypothermia and chills,shorten the awake time of patients,the stay time in PACU and the withdrawal time of tracheal catheter,which is worthy of clinical application.
