摘　　要：遗传性凝血因子Ⅶ缺乏症是一种罕见的遗传性出血性疾病,低龄患儿在凝血因子Ⅶ缺乏合并气胸的情况下如处理不当,则严重危及生命。该文总结了1例遗传性凝血因子Ⅶ缺乏症合并气胸的低龄患儿的护理体会。护理要点:密切观察病情、胸腔闭式引流护理、外周静脉通路建立与维护、凝血因子治疗的用药护理、凝血功能监测、预防血栓及感染、心理护理、出院健康指导。经过积极治疗和精心护理,该患儿病情稳定,好转出院。Hereditary coagulation factorⅦdeficiency is a rare hereditary hemorrhagic disorder that can be life-threatening in young children if not properly managed in combination with pneumothorax.This article summarizes the nursing experience of a child with hereditary coagulation factorⅦdeficiency combined with pneumothorax.Nursing points include observation of the patient s condition,monitoring of coagulation function,nursing care for closed thoracic drainage,medication nursing for coagulation factor therapy,prevention blood clots and infections,psychological care and discharge health education.With active treatment and careful nursing,the patient s condition remained stable and improved,and he was discharged.
